Like most others who write about this subject the author has got carried away with his,oe her, own verbosity. This clown was captured in a war zone fighting against American troops and was taken as a prisoner of war. The normal detention period for said prisoners of war is until the cessation of hostilities (try reading the Geneva Convention). So let the clown just sit there until the war against terrorism is finished one way or the other. This is just another lot of waffle about this ratbag who tried to be a terrorist.
